abt 19-20 years old and probably not married yet.

I wish I had more informaton on Mary NUNN but this is what
I have.

The informaton is from Albemarle Parish Reg. of Surry and
Sussex County VA 1717-1778 p.147

William Weathers is Benjamin youngest brother.

I wish I knew who Mary NUNN father was.

But according to the records of Albemarle Parsh there
is a John NUNN who was a Godparent in 1735.

Godparents James Price, John NUNs and Nancy Price.

I do not know where John NUNN fits either.

In the book the NUNN's of 18th Century Va by O Norris
Smith there is an excerpt in it from Leonard R. NUNN
informaton.

On page 42, it has some informaton which might explain
this family. Although it does not tell exactly where
is family line is from.

Here is what it says:

This is a condensation of the tremendous collection by
the late Leonard R. NUNN of NUNN data, supplemented
with additional data found elsewhere. Whence they came
is uncertain, but a comtemporary Richard from the King
and Queen Co. VA family and the sons of his brother
William are good prospects.

Well I think that they are from King and Queen Co. VA
and that they are from the line of Peter NUNN, Sons
Thomas John and Danial NUNN and Richard NUNN all went
to the area of Surry and Sussex Co. VA.

Here is the information from p 42
William NUNN b. abt 1756 d abt 1819 NC
m abt 1774 Elizabeth (1758 1829) they had 10 children.

I think this is the William NUNN Recorded Bapt. in
1746 in Albemarle Parish Registar. His Father is John
NUNN and Phoebe.

He is what p. 42 says about this William NUNN

In 1793 William bought 200 acres where Peter's Creek
enters the San River, and built a mill. In the 1790
Census, he lists himself and wife, 3 sons under 16 in
1800 one one teenager son remains at home, but five
daughters have been added. The NUNNS were missed in
the 1810 Census, and by 1820 William had died, the
five girls were gone (married or died), and Eliza
listed 2 sons born before 1802, and two sons
born bewtween 1802 and 1804 (the Twins). Elizabeth's
1828/1829 will bequeaths to her daughter, Clara
Nelson, the fifty acres where sprintg between the
twins, John (the western half, and James the eastern
half. Serious estrangement developed between
developed between the famiiles and John's children
found social life and spouces in Patrick Co. VA.
